Refund Policy



We do not do refunds or exchanges on ALL ITEMS due to our strict hygiene reasons that we have in place for the safety of our customers. People can wear an item and return it the next day and we do not as a company stand for that behaviour.

If your item is damaged in transit we are happy to exchange, fix it for free. However we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or credit note if needed. Sale items are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Our packaging is done very well and no one should have a problem. However if you have an issues then please contact us on our email within 24hrs of receiving the product. If you are not satisfied we will try to solve the issues until you the customer is happy.

We try to be as clean and hygienic as possible during the packaging process and cleaning our jewellery before send them out.

Please be respectful of others and our Hygiene rules.

Please note we are not liable for the cost of delivering items back to us.
When sending items back to us please enclose a covering letter with your order confirmation email attached.
